About KinDock
Closer to the moments that matter.
KinDock exists to help the people who matter stay part of everyday life in supported living — a single trusted place for home updates, private personal moments, calendars, and meaningful connection.
Why we built it
In supported living, staying connected too often depends on scattered texts, email chains, and social media — none of which respect the line between what belongs to the whole home and what belongs to one person and their circle. Families are left guessing, staff repeat themselves, and privacy is hard to hold onto.
KinDock was built specifically for supported living: it keeps home-wide content and private, person-specific communication clearly separate, shows exactly who can see each thing before it's shared, and gives organizations the permissions, consent controls, and audit history they need — while keeping the experience warm and simple for families.
What we believe
The person comes first
People supported are participants, not passive subjects of updates. Their preferences, voice, and consent stay central.
Private unless intentionally shared
Person-specific information never becomes visible to another person's family unless it's deliberately shared home-wide.
Connection, not documentation
KinDock helps people stay involved in everyday life — it isn't a case file, and it doesn't try to be.
Built and hosted in Canada
KinDock is made in Canada, with customer data held in Canada.
Who it's for
Group living and group homes, supported living and supported independent living, developmental service agencies, family-governed arrangements, small residential providers, and multi-location organizations — from one person's circle to organizations running many homes.
