Adding an event

1. Open Calendar in a home and select New event.
2. Choose the audience — a home activity, or a private event for one person.
3. Add the details. For a virtual visit, paste a secure meeting link (Google Meet, Teams, Zoom, or another provider).
4. Approved people see a clear Join button when it's time.

Everyone can add their permitted calendar to their own calendar app through a secure subscription link, which can be regenerated or revoked at any time.
