Recording consent
Record what each person has agreed to share — held in KinDock or referenced from your own process.
Consent drives what KinDock allows. It's recorded per person and per area of sharing — photos, home-wide sharing, messaging, and more. Withdrawing consent takes effect immediately.
How to record it
- Open Consent & sharing in your home and choose a person.
- For each area, set the status and who authorised it (the person, a guardian, a substitute decision-maker, an advocate, or the organization).
- Record it here, or note that formal consent is held in your own records with a reference and dates.
- Select Save consent record. Every change is kept in the person's consent history.
KinDock supports privacy-conscious workflows but does not guarantee legal compliance. Your organization's own consent process still applies.
