Photos can be shared privately with one person's circle, or home-wide with everyone connected to the home. Home-wide photos respect each person's consent.
The group-photo rule
A photo can only be shared home-wide when every identifiable person in it is approved for home photo-sharing. If someone in the photo hasn't agreed, keep it to a private audience, or record their consent first.
